A session to explores resilience and identity, with practical ways to support emotional wellbeing.
This session explores the concept of resilience and how it develops in children and young people, with a particular focus on the role of identity.
It will consider what this may mean for children who are looked after, adopted, or have experienced early adversity. The session will provide space for carers/parents/keyworkers to reflection on how this relates to their experiences, as well as offer practical ideas to support children’s emotional wellbeing through everyday relationships and interactions.
