Join Us Online: Supporting Attendance Through Connection and Routine
Are you supporting a child where attendance feels like a challenge, or is less than 90%?
Join us for a supportive online session exploring how strong relationships and consistent routines can make a real difference to engagement and attendance.
This session is designed for adoptive parents, foster carers, kinship carers, and residential staff, offering practical, realistic ideas to support children at home. Together, we will look at:
- How connection supports engagement
- The role of predictable routines in reducing worries
- Simple strategies to help children feel safe, ready, and able to attend
There will also be opportunities to share experiences, reflect, and learn from others in a supportive space.
We know this can be challenging, and this session is about finding what is manageable and meaningful, not adding pressure.
Come along, connect, and explore ways to support attendance in a way that works for you and the children in your care.
