What happens to my young persons transport after completing Independent Travel Training?
Successfully completing the ITT program will typically enable your young person to travel to their place of learning or work independently, without requiring support from the Council. This achievement is an excellent step towards reaching one of the Preparation for Adulthood outcomes.
How do I make a referral?
Cognus welcomes referrals from anyone who is interested in the service. Referrals can be made by parents or carers, schools, colleges, professionals, the young person themselves, or another person supporting them.
