What a fantastic achievement. I am utterly delighted’ (Christine Davies, Chair of Sutton LSCP)

This was our opportunity to celebrate and further promote the Child Safeguarding Toolkit which launched both locally and nationally in March 2021.  The Child Safeguarding Toolkit is a unique and comprehensive learning resource for everyone who comes into contact with children and has been designed to help prevent further serious injury or child deaths.  All of the Toolkit’s training and resource materials are free and can be accessed here:  www.childsafeguardingtoolkit.org.uk.

‘The toolkit means so much to so many people, and to have been shortlisted for such an award is truly heart-warming.  This is recognition of our hard work and multi-agency commitment to safeguarding young people.  We never forget, we are always learning, and we want to make a difference’ (Hayley Cameron, Education Safeguarding Manager).

Representatives from the team, will be attending the awards ceremony at the Hurlingham Club in London on 24th November 2022 where the winners and the highly commended will be announced.
