We are committed to maintaining the following:

I feel supported and I am pleased that there is always someone you can contact if unsure about anything.

Information sent is always current and advice and support is always readily available

The training was very good given that it is remote but, in some ways, it runs very smoothly, and more is covered than in a very large group setting.

I particularly liked the offer of workgroups to attend, e.g. the self-harm work groups project which I am interested in and now will be attending. I think the more DSLs can network and develop educational resources together the better

The service runs like clockwork

This is a positive group to be a part of.

Prompt responses to any questions regarding school trips.

Expert advice and guidance, very supportive team

Have really enjoyed the supervision meetings and DSL meetings that have been organised and take something away from them each time.

Thank you for the excellent service provided.

The service has clearly improved and thank you for all your hard work and support. I know I can contact the team for advice at any time.

Thank you for all you do – you are a constant source of support and knowledge and our students are in a much better place because of you!

The team are very experienced and knowledgeable.

Thank you – we are very lucky to have this strong local support, committed to improvement and development.

Always very supportive, approachable, and clear with next steps and advice.

We look forward to continuing to work in partnership with you and to maintain effective safeguarding policies, practices, and procedures across Sutton.
