London Learning Consortium – latest traineeship groups

The Step to Employment Traineeship is a practical and engaging route to employment for young people. The programme combines employability training, English & Maths qualifications, and a minimum of 70 hours work experience with an exciting employer that wants to nurture and develop new talent.

Next Start: Cohort 1 – 26th April 2021 (Additional new cohorts will start every fortnight after the 26th April)

Type of programme: Traineeship

Course Length: Minimum 6 weeks, Maximum 12 months. On average, students spend 12 weeks on the programme.

Course Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, and Fri 9.45 am – 4.30 pm

The programme is designed to help young people gain the necessary skills and experience to progress into employment, further education or an apprenticeship. We are also working with a number of employers who have positions available such as marketing, business administration, customer service, etc, and are interested in offering paid positions to the right candidate(s) following successful completion of the Traineeship programme.

 Harlequins Football Club – roles within Hospitality and Catering, Sports Coaching, Facilities, and Business Admin  

Go 2 Games – roles within Games Development  

Horizon Community Care – roles within Social Media and Project Coordination  

Cute Dog Consulting – roles within Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Content Strategising  

Neema Foods – roles within PR, Digital Marketing, and Sales  

Sinclair London – roles within Fashion including Client Services, Online Styling, Admin and Operations 

Access Music Media – roles within Digital Marketing 

The Traineeship will vary in length with a minimum duration of 6 weeks, and maximum of 6 months. On average  trainees spend 12 weeks on the course.
